I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable with beautiful balconies offering nice views of the Sierra Nevada mountains and mornings filled with the chirping of birds. The curtains made it really dark for a good night's rest but let in plenty of sunlight during the day. The service was exceptional, with a friendly and helpful staff. The location was peaceful, although slightly outside the center of Santa Marta. The dining experience was enjoyable, with good food, but not catering to all tastes. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy, offering good hot water and great views from the flatscreen TV. The staff was friendly and spoke English. The location was fantastic, close to the beach and offering free parking. The only downside was the dining experience, which was limited in options and only available until 10 am.
